TIMOCOM improves the amount of information in freight offers

Many of our customers complain about the lack of information provided in a freight offer 😩. Freight forwarder Mario König from Transport Services Mario König gives us a clear example of this.

From his point of view, the problem is above all having to ask every time:

  • What type of goods are we talking about❓
  • What is the payment term❓
  • What is the latest delivery date❓

As this is a common complaint from many TIMOCOM customers. We want to improve the amount of information provided in a freight offer ⭐ by gradually making more and more fields mandatory when entering freight.

New mandatory fields coming soon:

  • Type of goods
  • Payment due
  • Unloading date
  • Loading and unloading times

Already implemented mandatory fields:

  • "Yes" or "No" must be specified for the loading equipment exchange. A filter is now available that allows you to hide all freight for which the loading equipment exchange is required. You can find this in the advanced filter options of the freight search section.
