You probably receive transport requests from TIMOCOM customers by e-mail. Our company search feature can help you to ensure that the sender is actually a TIMOCOM customer.
How it works:
- Open the company search feature as usual.
- Select whether you want to search for a company or a specific person and enter the sender's e-mail address.
- If the e-mail address has been saved in one of our TIMOCOM company profiles, the company will appear in the results list
We hope that this new feature will simplify your own security checks and minimise the risk of cargo theft.
