• 🗑️Deleting chats: you can now delete individual conversations regarding your offer at any time. The deleted chats are removed from your list, while the other person still has access to the entire conversation.
• 🌐 Translation of chat messages: minimise language barriers and facilitate international communication with fast, on-demand translation into your chosen Marketplace language.
• 📂 Chat export: save your chat history at any time so you can also access it outside the TIMOCOM Marketplace and create your own archives. This is particularly helpful in effectively resolving disputes in the event of discrepancies in the transport process.
• 🔍 Chat search: use the search function in the message overview to search for specific conversations. To do this, enter the information you’re looking for in the search field above your chats, such as the country code of the loading place, country code of the unloading place, or the loading point or unloading point. The 30 most recent hits are displayed.

• 📧 E-mail notifications: never miss a chat message again with e-mail notifications, designed to facilitate quick responses.
• 📌 Pin important conversations: mark and pin important conversations for quick access and a better overview of relevant or time-critical conversations.
• 👤Easier access to the contact information of the person you are talking to: save valuable time when searching for the e-mail address of the person you are talking to, for example when sending transport orders.
