You can conveniently share this information with customers and partners outside of TIMOCOM.
To request Live Shipment Tracking, simply tick the “Live Shipment Tracking required” box in the freight entry window. This will notify the service provider to share transport data with you.
In order for your transport partner to provide you with the data in the next step, you need to assign a transport order to them. You will then be able to access all the information and updates regarding the respective transport in the Live Shipment Tracking section.
