🚚 Tracking shipments has never been easier

 

Your customer wants to track a shipment using the TIMOCOM Live Shipment Tracking service. With these three simple steps, you can automatically share the most important transport data and save valuable time:

  1. In Received orders, accept the relevant order by selecting “Accept and plan tour”.
  2. Choose how you would like to track the shipment:
    • Connect your GPS and then select the vehicle. Everything else will run automatically.
    • Send the driver a link asking them to update you on the status.
    • Alternatively, you can manually update the status in the Shipment tracking section
  1. Finish by selecting “Save tour and exit” and start the  transport.

Your customers will now receive regular updates on the status of their shipments and any changes, eliminating the need for them to contact you directly.
