If a shipment is delayed, you'll have an eye on it immediately. With the new filter and notification features in Live Shipment Tracking, you have full control over your shipments. Receive proactive notifications about the most important events for you during the transport.
You'll be informed by e-mail or notification icon (bell), for example, when:
✅ your shipment is loaded or unloaded
✅ the arrival of the shipment is imminent
✅ delays occur
✅ the vehicle is changed
With the new notification feature, you can also receive an alert, for example, when:
❌ no status has been set for a shipment
❌ no GPS device has been connected
You can find the new filters and notifications above your transport orders in the Live Shipment Tracking service. Open the "Search filter", configure your desired filter criteria, and then click "Save filter & set notifications". A dialog will then open with all notification options.
