Important change to the login process: introducing two-factor authentication

By introducing two-factor authentication when logging in, we are increasing security on the TIMOCOM Marketplace, thus protecting your user account and data from unauthorised access.

What does this mean for you?

From 12.12.2024, you will be asked to enter a six-digit security code in addition to your usual login details (e-mail address and password) when you log in. We will send this to you automatically by e-mail after you have entered your login data. Once you have successfully entered the code, you will be taken to the TIMOCOM Marketplace as usual.

What you need to know now:

If you do not have regular access to the inbox of the e-mail address you use to log in, please change your login e-mail address HERE. After changing your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail asking for your confirmation. As soon as you have confirmed this, your new login e-mail address will be active.

 

Do you have regular access to your inbox? If so, you don’t need to do anything else. The security code will be sent to you automatically.

IMPORTANT: After 12.12.2024, you will only be able to log in to the TIMOCOM Marketplace if you have access to the security code.
