Ideal if you want to give a digital handshake quickly and prefer to clarify details by email or phone. Have the Deal confirmed – this way you can rate your experience afterwards and ensure that your business partner has access to TIMOCOM. Confirmations and ratings can be found under "Deals“.
📑 2. Transport Order
Recommended if you want legal security and to record all important transport details (including loading & unloading locations, terms and conditions, etc.). Additionally, you can request live shipment tracking and rate your business partner after the transport has been completed. Your allocated orders can be found under "Transport Orders“.
How to allocate freight
✅ Quick Deal or Transport Order via the TIMOCOM Messenger: clarify all open questions and give the confirmation directly in the chat.
✅ Quick Deal or Transport Order within the freight offer: start the allocation via the “Assign Transport” button.
✅ Quick Deal or Transport Order in the view "Offer Freight": click on the 🤝 symbol on the far right and select the allocation option you prefer.
✅ Quick Deal or Transport Order via the 🗑️ symbol: whether in the overview section or directly in the freight offer – you can also access the allocation options via the delete symbol.
