Live Shipment Tracking keeps you and your customers informed about the current status of a shipment at all times. You can now record tour data, shipment status, ETA and other relevant information even faster and share it with just a few clicks.
Simply share a tour that will be tracked with your driver by sending a link via e-mail or WhatsApp. Drivers can view the tour with all stops and instructions, record status messages and upload documents related to the shipment at any time on their smartphone. The driver does not need to register or have a password. He receives one link per tour with all the important information.
How it works:
1️⃣ Accept a transport order received via the "Accept and plan tour" button.
2️⃣ The "New tour" view opens. Tick the "Share tour with driver" box and then click on the "Save and exit" button.
3️⃣ In the window that then opens, select the way you would like to share the tour.
4️⃣ Send the link to the driver.
In the shipment tracking system, you immediately receive status messages and documents recorded by the driver. You can easily share this and other relevant shipment details, such as the estimated time of arrival (ETA), with your customers (even outside of TIMOCOM) via a link by e-mail or WhatsApp. Shipment information is clearly presented to your customer on one page, in a neutral design or with your own logo.
How it works:
1️⃣ Click on "Share shipment tracking" in then shipment details
2️⃣ In the window that opens, select the desired way you want to share the information.
3️⃣ Send the link to your customer.
