❗Attention: Fraud attempts in the name of TIMOCOM❗

In recent days, we have been informed of cases in which third parties are impersonating TIMOCOM employees. These individuals call our customers and request that data be sent to a fake TIMOCOM email address.  In some cases, the fraudsters falsify the phone number, so that it appears as the official TIMOCOM hotline. 

Please stay alert. TIMOCOM employees will never request confidential information, login details, passwords or order confirmations over the phone.
If you receive a suspicious call, do not provide any information.

• If you call back our official number, you will always reach TIMOCOM. The fake phone number only works in one direction.

• Emails from TIMOCOM are only sent from addresses ending in @timocom.com.
