🛡️Stop fraud before it starts by allocating freight with TIMOCOM

Written by TIMOCOM | Oct 14, 2025 9:46:11 AM

Have you found the right business partner for your freight? In the TIMOCOM Marketplace, there are two simple and secure ways to allocate your freight:

Why allocate freight via TIMOCOM?

  • Protection against phishing attacks: communicate exclusively with verified companies directly in the TIMOCOM Messenger and thus avoid possible phishing attacks via email.
  • Reduce the risk of freight theft: allocate your freight directly via the Marketplace and insist on acceptance to minimise the risk of fraud and misunderstandings.
  • Strengthen trust & transparency: rate your business partner after the transport and create a transparent business relationship.

Your options for secure freight allocation

🤝 1. Quick Deal
Ideal if you want to give a digital handshake quickly and prefer to clarify details by email or phone. Have the Deal confirmed – this way you can rate your experience afterwards and ensure that your business partner has access to TIMOCOM. Confirmations and ratings can be found under "Deals“.

📑 2. Transport Order
Recommended if you want legal security and to record all important transport details (including loading & unloading locations, terms and conditions, etc.). Additionally, you can request live shipment tracking and rate your business partner after the transport has been completed. Your allocated orders can be found under
"Transport Orders“.
