Activate this feature when you create a freight offer and receive price proposals from service providers via the freight exchange.
Benefits:
⏩ Start negotiations more quickly, within the freight exchange itself instead of relying on e-mail or telephone calls, which take up time
👀 View all proposed prices for an offer at a glance
- in a comprehensive list, making it easier to compare service providers,
- which saves enormous amounts of timeadfas
🔒Increased security
- Recognisable TIMOCOM IDs
- You can view required documents directly within the price proposal
📧 An e-mail will be sent automatically confirming the order when you select a service provider (and soon we will be introducing automatic e-mails to proposals that have not been accepted)
And of course, you are free to get in touch with the service provider in question before entering into a binding transport contract. This feature simply changes the way transport customers initiate contact with you.
